DIRECTIONS TO LAKE OF THE WOODS


TAKE HWY 140 TOWARDS KLAMATH FALLS


RACE WILL BEGIN AND END AT THE REST STOP NEAR LAKE OF THE WOODS, RIGHT OFF OF THE HWY.


IMPOSSIBLE TO MISS

SCHEDULE SEPTEMBER 21st-SEPTEMBER 27th

Monday: 4:15p.m Practice
Tuesday: Meet at Lake of the Woods Reststop (off of HWY 140)
Wednesday: 4:15p.m Practice
Thursday: 4:15p.m Practice
Friday: Varsity at Stanford Invitational
Everyone else no practice. 35-40 minutes on own
Saturday: No practice: 35-40 minutes on own
Sunday: No weightlifting

FORMAT: YOU WILL RUN ON TEAMS OF 4. TWO BOYS AND TWO GIRLS. THE DISTANCE THAT YOU RUN WILL BE DETERMINED ONCE WE ARRIVE AT THE MEET.
CHANCE OF 1-2-3-4 miles.

WE WILL BE BARBECUING FOOD DURING THE RUN FOR YOU TO ENJOY AFTERWORDS.
