We will be running twice a day. One workout each day will be part of the camp. The other will be North Medford only.

The dunes around Florence and Siuslaw Dune Camp are a great way to prepare for a successful cross-country season. You might even have some fun. We will only officially meet once a day and will have some different activities, and some old favorites—including plenty of Ultimate Frisbee and Flash Ball in the sand dunes.
Some competitions will take place including: King/Queen of the Dunes and Lord/Lady of the Loop. Nike prizes will be awarded to competition winners and to outstanding campers.
